Iowa Test of Basic Skills 2010-2011 Results
The results are in and once again our elementary students have fared very well on our standardized test! All of our classes tested above the national average for their grade levels with 3rd, 4th and 5th grade testing at a very impressive 5th, 6th and 7th grade level respectively! The 7.9 score for 5th grade means they scored as 7th graders in their 9th month of school. If they were "average" 5th graders they would have scored a 5.7 since they took the test in the 7th month of this school year. Hooray for the students and their teachers!
Pre-School Results
LWC preschool has once again excelled in preparing preschool children for kindergarten. On the statewide 2010 Kindergarten Readiness Testing of our preschoolers from last year, we finished in the top 10 out of the 70 childcare centers in Lake Worth and Boynton Beach who offer school year VPK. Out of a maximum score of 200, we scored a 191.
