What is accreditation?

Accreditation is official recognition and assurance by an outside organization that the qualified school is accountable and maintains the rigorous professional and educational standards established by that organization Accountability begins with the individual school establishing clearly articulated religious commitments, philosophy, standards, and programs. An independent inspection team visits the school to study every facet of the school commitments, programs, teacher qualifications and certification, facilities, and results. The committee gives commendations for what has been achieved and recommendations for improvement. Schools that provide quality education and meet the standards are granted accredited membership. Annual reports and visits take place at prescribed intervals.
